This can range from Tooling options, CAD Drawings to sourcing the best materials for the job. We pride ourselves on being to help from conception through to manufacture. We at Team4 can offer confidential solutions to your suit your requirements.

Stockholding

Team4 are aware of the importance of meeting deadlines.  We promise to deliver all components on time achieving this by holding a minimum 3-4 months stock at any given time. This allows our customers to have the confidence and flexibility in planning their ongoing production.

Prototyping

Team4 understands the need and cost for prototyping. With our vast experience and using the latest cost saving technology we are able to offer small run / prototype batches at great value

Plating and Colouring

Team4 we have several partners who are recognized as the leaders in plating and colouring within the UK. Every component after treatment is inspected before delivery. We are able to offer any certifications as required. We are happy to supply parts unplated or even directly to a plating company of your choice.

Heat Treatment

Whether it is automotive, aerospace, marine or defence Team4 Distribution is a key provider of surface treatments and heat treatment processes. All work can be certificated and guaranteed if required.

Assembly

Team4 offer a facility to assemble your parts. Several of our customers take advantage of this service enabling them to increase manufacturing capacity whilst utilising staff in other departments.
