Manufacturing

Team4 Distribution prides ourselves in being one of the leading Turned Part Solutions companies in the UK. Over the past 5 years we have invested heavily in our first overseas manufacturing Venture. We have over 70 Automatic Lathes, 20 CNC Lathes and 10 Machine Centres within our production. We are able to offer components from 2mm to 82mm in diameter regardless of quantity.

Distribution

Team4 have over 100 global partners allowing us to deliver a swift response as well as guaranteed cost savings against UK manufactured components.  Our Logistics team work around the clock enabling us to deliver parts within 14-28 days worldwide.

Industrial Fasteners

Through both our manufacturing and distribution service we can offer the full scope of Industrial fastenings standard and non standard. We are able to offer a range of Delivery Systems such as Direct Line Feed, Ship to Stock, Just in Time and Kan Ban. Our Design team have a fantastic track record in developing and improving Fastening Solutions.

Inserts

Team4 manufacture and supply quality inserts, both industry standard sizes and bespoke. We are able to produce both small and large quantities at very competitive prices. Please feel free to send us your part number or drawing. We are very confident and experienced win the supply of any brass component especially Inserts. Certificate of Conformity available on request.

Cold Formed

Team4 Distribution can supply Cold Formed products in a variety of materials. We can cater for small, medium and high volume requirements. We are able to help in any aspect of supply whether it is Design and Manufacturing of a new Component through to updating and supplying existing components.
